Permanent Magnet Synchronous AC Gear Motors

Autotrol manufactures AC synchronous electric gear motors which contain permanent magnet rotors and copper field windings. They rotate at a constant speed that is proportional to the frequency of the applied voltage. This constant speed and inherent lack of moving parts, makes these motors known for reliability, compact size, and quiet operation. They are available in voltages from 6 Vac -230 Vac, come with a large array of gear ratios and meet UL/CUL Class F (150 °C) & Class N (2000 °C) temperature ratings. AC custom stepper models are also available.
