Controller

The Controller is a key player in the management and oversight of all compliance and accounting activities at our Philadelphia, PA, and Crystal Lake, IL, sites. The Controller manages the financial affairs of the companies and prepares financial analyses of operations, including financial statements. The Controller is also responsible for the supervision of the accounting functions and budgetary controls at both locations.

Desired Skills & Experience

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Master's degree is preferred. CPA certificate preferred but not required. Candidate must have a minimum of 5-10 years’ related experience with success in a manufacturing environment.


Outside Sales-Hunter

This is a results orientated, individual contributor, whose primary focus is on driving revenue growth by selling existing products and value added services to OEM’s’ This is primarily a “hunting” role concentrating on further vertical account penetration and new client generation.

Candidate must be a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, ethical, passionate, and approachable. Successful candidate will design and implement a sales strategy to effectively manage the sales cycle to include: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, business development and closing sales.
